Missions Trip - Arizona Apache Reservation Ministry we are having a meeting on Tuesday, August 3rd at 7pm in Room 5 to discuss the details of this outreach. There is still room on the team, so plan on attending these meetings.

Men’s Retreat we are joining CC Pacific Hills and their annual Men’s Retreat on Friday, Sept. 17th - Sunday, Sept. 19th at Green Valley Conference Center in Big Bear. Cost is $170.00 (lodging & meals). Special early bird price $155.00 if paid by Monday, July 5th; please call 949-362-7475 to sign-up for the early bird price.

Volunteers needed to help out with a Kettlecorn Fund raiser on Saturday, August 14th at Los Alamos Sports Park in Murrieta from 3pm - 9pm. All proceeds raised will go to the future mission’s trips. Directions & sign-up sheet located in entryway.

Baptism & Potluck, Sunday, August 29th at 1:00pm at the Anaya’s home. If your last name begins with letter A-N, bring a main dish, letter O-R, bring a side dish & letter S-Z, bring dessert. Please provide your own drinks. If you would like to be baptized, circle the letter B on an information card & drop it in the offering. College & Career Ministry - “Hands Up High” meets every Saturday night at 7pm at Jon Batson’s home. Plans include: worship, fellowship & a study in God’s Word. Current newsletter available in the entryway. For more information, see Jon Batson.

Children’s Summer Program “Treasure Seekers” every Wed Night from 7pm. Admission is free!! Open to children in Kindergarten through 6th grade. We are in need of store bought cookies for the children’s snack time; donations can be made at the church office. For more info, see Liz Swearengin or Sandy McCance.

Harvest Crusade, Friday, August 6th - Sunday, August 8th at the Anaheim Stadium. (Starting times vary each night). A great opportunity to invite unsaved family members, coworkers or friends to hear the life-changing message of the gospel. Admission is free, parking $10.00. Prayer Song (Women’s Monthly Prayer Meeting) will meet on Saturday, August 7th from 7:30am-9am in Rm. 3. For more information, see Margaret Griffith.

Women’s Summer Book Club “Pleasing God” by Kay Smith. Next meeting is on Friday, Aug. 27th in Rm. 5. We will be discussing Ch. 8 - 15. Don’t forget your favorite appetizer!! It’s not too late to be a part of this study; books available at the bookcart.

H.O.P.E - Fresh Rescue (1st, 3rd & 5th Friday at 9am here at NSCC). We are looking for volunteers to help hand out food to families in need in our community. For more information, please call the church office.
