New Song Calvary Chapel is a Pastor led, Elder governed body. We believe that God gives our pastor specific direction for the church family and the Elder board supports and promotes God's vision for the fellowship through the specifics of business administration and maintenance of Biblical discipline and structure.

We currently have three full time staff members, Pastor Dean Murphy, Assisting Pastor Rob Murphy, and our Administrative Assistant Cherie Borboa. The Pastors work in leading the church family in teaching and Bible study, prayer and worship as well as all facilities issues, from janitorial work to maintenance and repair.

The remaining 'staff' of Youth Leaders, Sunday School and Pioneer Club Coordinators, Nursery Coordinators, Sunday School teachers are all volunteers - and their work goes beyond any compensation this world has to offer - making them more than volunteers to a cause, they are truly Servants of God.
