About Us

New Song Calvary Chapel began as New Song Community Church in January of 1993. In 1994, the Elder board made application and became part of the Calvary Chapel fellowships.

For the first two years, New Song rented local school facilities for Sunday morning worship and utilized member's homes for Bible studies and special events. In 1995, New Song began renting multiple store fronts in Lakefront Center on Riverside Drive in Lake Elsinore.

Finally in May 2000, New Song Calvary Chapel was given the opportunity to purchase property at 31507 Machado and began construction on a permanent facility. We broke ground in April of 2002 and held our first service in the new facility on May 2, 2004. Since 2004, God has allowed us to use this new 'tool' for increasing our influence in the local community, beginning a Spanish service and seeing many new families come to hear the good news of Jesus Christ.

There are about 350 families that count themselves part of the New Song church family. Together, we are working toward God's will for us in personal discipleship and worship, extending the love of God into our community, around our country and throughout the world. We actively participate in Food for the Hungry, Samaritan's Purse, and multiple international mission works as well as regular outreaches to our community.

We've been able to serve the Lord in Bolivia, Ukraine, Mexico, Biloxi, India and in local rest homes, pregnancy counseling centers, hospitals, ballparks and playgrounds. God always opens the door for us to share His love with others.
